I hope you have all had a lovely time over the festive period and I wish you all the best of the coming year. We’re into the new year and you may have noticed the brand new Association website! I’d like to thank in particular Wouter de Kroon who has liaised and helped guide the development of the website along with our website designers. The website has been totally overhauled with many new features and functions, which I am still getting to grips with! Over the next few weeks and months your committee members will be adding new content, some of this will be public, the rest will be in a members only area. I hope that the ‘exclusive’ members only area will provide a space for the exchange of ideas and information, including various documents specific to PA(A) practice and advancement.
Much more work will be required to make the website become a useful tool for PA(A)s in-training and qualified as well as a one-stop shop for those looking to start a PA(A) program at a new Trust.
I hope many more of you will engage in the process that will take time and effort over the coming months, which our current committee members are already doing, much of it in their own free time. Your ideas and input will allow us to make and keep the website relevant and I would encourage you to become actively involved where you can with content creation with the committee.
Watch this space for future updates…..
